Becoming a trauma coach was born out of my own healing journey. I had done different types of therapy in the past, but it wasn’t until I stepped into the world of trauma coaching that things began to truly click. I started to understand myself on a deeper level— my attachment style, the patterns shaped by childhood experiences, the lenses I had been viewing my life through, and the wounded parts of me that were quietly running the show.
And everything began to shift.
