Health & Wellness

Now I am no expert in this space, but I always love to share my favorites! Below are a list of workouts, activities, and supplements I like to to incorporate as a holistic approach to health.

I LOVE drinking Bloom greens every morning! I never thought I would say that because growing up, my dad would give me greens and I was disgusted by it (lol), but these are so tasty and nutritious. My favorite flavor is coconut, but they have so many flavors you could try. Bloom Greens has helped immensely with my gut health, energy levels, and overall well being.

Walking & Being Outside

Spending time outside is SO important!! Our body craves vitamin D and our nervous system regulates when we spend time outside, whether it be walking, drinking coffee on the porch, being by the water, or simply sitting outside. It is not only good for your physical health, but your mental well being.

After experiencing some gut issues ( as a lot of women do) I searched for a good probiotic. During my research, I stumbled upon Ritual’s Symbiotic+, which is a 3-in-1 formula with prebiotics, probiotics and postbiotics to support a balanced gut microbiome. This was LIFE changing for my gut health and has regulated my body so much.

Yoga Sculpt

I started to get into yoga post grad, as a way to calm my mind. Once I moved into my first post grad apartment in the city, I discovered yoga sculpt classes at Core Power Yoga and I fell in LOVE with the workouts. Yoga sculpt includes the stretching and poses that come with yoga, while including sculpting with weights, and cardio. I have never been a gym type of girl but once I found the work out that fit me, I absolutely loved going. Whether yoga sculpt is for you or you like other types of work outs, the key is just to find out which one works for you, because the secret is, you actually don’t need to dread working out!

Cycle Syncing

I am definitely still learning when it comes to this topic, but I find it so interesting learning about the different phases every woman inevitable goes through. It can be so frustrating being in a phase of your menstrual cycle and feeling like you are working against your body. By having the knowledge of what phase your body is in, you are able to be more in sync with your needs and meet them with certain foods, activities and exercises to be more effective. I personally love to sync my cycle using the app MyFlow and finding recipes on Pinterest.

Everyone should be taking a multi vitamin! It is PACKED with the nutrients our body desperately needs, that we don’t always get through our diet. My absolute favorite brand is Ritual, but any multi vitamin from a reputable company will suffice.
