My name is Brooke & I am the voice behind Blissfully B. I am so excited to take y’all along for this journey and be able to share all my experiences and advice! The above photos are some of the things that make me, me. I am an absolute lover of coffee, gold jewelry, being over dressed, traveling, being inspired & inspiring others. I firmly believe we are all fearfully and wonderfully made with a purpose, and should live each day with intention. I am the happiest when I feel like I am making a difference, and I feel that life is best lived together. My family & friends mean the absolute world to me and I would truly go to the ends of the earth for each one of them. I am an extremely passionate person and I believe that every single thing you do in this life should be done with purpose.
I am from South Jersey & it is NOTHING like the Jersey shore show. I went to Ocean City High School, and yes, if you look it up it is right on the beach. I have gone on 4 missions trips to the Dominican Republic and I dream of going back. Being exposed to such poverty, yet so much beauty and love taught me more lessons than all of my schooling combined. I graduated from Salisbury University pursuing all things Marketing, and I was a member of Zeta Tau Alpha! After graduation, I moved to Baltimore, MD with one of my best friends, surrounded with my best friends from college.
After living in MD for a few years, I spent some time in a waiting season back in my childhood bedroom, regrouping and figuring out some next steps. I recently moved to Charleston, SC, a place I have dreamed to live for a while, and I am absolutely loving it! I originally decided to create this blog to promote a space of transparency, in order to be everything I needed along the way dealing with life transitions, breakups, change, hardships, college, and all the things in between. I have a lot of dreams for what the bigger brand of Blissfully B will become, but at its essence, Blissfully B is here to encourage your journey, with all of its highs and lows, and to serve as a reminder that one day you will look back and realize, all along you were blooming.
