Paso is truly a hidden gem. It shocked me with its breathtaking vineyards and views, incredible wine, and endless food options. My family and I became members for one of the wineries because we loved it THAT much, so we will definitely be returning!

Things to See & Do
Central Coast Trail Ride
I cannot recommend CCTR enough! Horseback riding during our time in Paso made the trip for me. There are different types of rides you can do, but my family opted in for the “ride and sip” where we went horseback riding on a trail for an hour then came back and did a wine tasting. It is very beginner friendly, as almost all of us had only ridden once before or never! It is a guided trail, as well, so you have a professional right there if you have any issues. The views are absolutely breathtaking and it is overall a fun activity to tie into your time in Paso.
Paso Market Walk
Cute shops, restaurants, etc
Sensorio
At first, I fought my mom on going to this because it’s not usually “my thing” but I was definitely mistaken. Sensorio is a lights exhibit that is in the rolling hills of Paso, where some include music interaction that elevates the entire experience. It is such an immersive and breathtaking experience.
Wineries
I had seen online that Paso Robles is considered a mini Napa Valley, and they are SO right. This beautiful wine country has endless options for beautiful vineyards and fine wines. The list goes on and on but some of my recommendations are Dauo, Justin Winery, Booker Winery, and Paris Valley Road.
Allegreto Vineyards
If you are visiting Paso Robles, I highly recommend staying or seeing Allegreto Vineyards. Once you arrive, it feels as if you have been transported to Italy, with its stunning architecture and attention to detail. There is also a cafe and restaurant located on the grounds (Cello) that I highly recommend, as well!
